GoRow provides charts for your recent fixed-distance workouts (500m, 2K, 5K, 6K, 10K, 15K, HM, FM) and fixed-time workouts (15min, 30min, 60min), these allow you to easily see how well you've been doing and the trend line clearly shows your improvement (or lack of it!).

Also provided are charts showing the spread of SPM and paces for your recent workouts (pace & distance histograms) allowing you to see where you've been focussing your training and (more importantly) what you've been avoiding!

For those who do heart rate based training, you can enter your average heartrate for a workout and display a HR versus pace chart to see how your heart

rate varies with different distances.

Interested in weight-loss? GoRow can show how many calories you've rowed off with a single tap.

Also provided are calculators for BMI and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) to work out how manay calories you need to be burning.

The Best-Pace versus Distance chart graphically shows your strengths & weaknesses, it displays your best times for various distances and plots them to

show whether you're tailoring your fitness for short or long distances.

Personal Bests are detected automatically and a banner can be created with a tap of your finger for display on discussion forums. A total distance & time summary available also.
